How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also monitor your status through the 'My Orders' section in your account.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How do I find the right size?
Every product page features a detailed size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements with your favorite well-fitting garment.
Are the colors of the products accurate?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions, slight variations may occur.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, ADRO ships exclusively within the country. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring our fashion to global customers soon.
